Good, intuitive design shouldn’t be optional — it's non-negotiable. I approach complexity with curiosity, and my success working with people and systems comes from a deep ability to observe, listen, and understand needs. If design doesn't make sense to everyone involved, there's still work to be done.
With over 15 years spanning design leadership, strategy & research along with service and experience design, and product development — across corporate and commissioned work in both public and private sectors — my work has been primarily rooted in healthcare and well-being.
