How it was done
Three stages of live learning
Stage 01 — Immersion
Living inside the system
Ran a live clinic for 2 months. Experienced every actor's journey — pain points, behaviour, effectiveness of existing care.
Stage 02 — Intervention
Testing in the community
Clinical and lifestyle interventions within communities, with health workers and a doctor, weekly for 6 months.
Stage 03 — Pre Pilot
Blueprint and build
Blueprinted the full service model, designed all apps and education kits, ran as pre-pilot for 3 months.
